5. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법
회사는 개인정보 보유 기간의 경과, 처리 목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다.
파기 절차: 개인정보의 파기 사유가 발생한 경우 내부 방침에 따라 파기됩니다.
파기 방법: 전자적 파일 형태는 복구 및 재생이 불가능한 방식으로 영구 삭제하며, 종이 문서 형태는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.

7. 이용자와 법정대리인의 권리 및 그 행사 방법
이용자 및 법정대리인은 언제든지 개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지 요구 등의 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
개인정보 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지를 원하는 경우, 고객센터 또는 앱 내 설정 메뉴를 통해 요청하실 수 있습니다.
회사는 이러한 요청이 있을 경우 지체 없이 조치를 취합니다.
만 14세 미만 아동의 경우, 법정대리인이 그 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 맞춤형 광고 및 마케팅 수신 동의를 철회할 수 있으며, 앱 내 설정 메뉴 또는 고객센터를 통해 철회 요청이 가능합니다.
8. 개인정보 자동 수집 장치의 설치·운영 및 거부에 관한 사항
회사는 이용자의 정보를 수시로 저장하고 불러오는 "쿠키(cookie)" 및 유사 기술을 사용할 수 있습니다. 쿠키는 웹사이트 서버가 이용자의 브라우저에 보내는 소량의 정보이며, 이용자의 디바이스에 저장됩니다. 회사는 쿠키를 통해 이용자의 방문 빈도, 방문 시간, 서비스 이용 패턴 등을 파악하여 보다 나은 사용자 경험을 제공하기 위한 목적으로 활용합니다.

10. 계정 삭제 방법
JNC 앱 사용자는 앱 내 메뉴 > 환경 설정 > 계정 설정 > 회원탈퇴를 통해 언제든지 계정 및 관련 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.
계정 탈퇴 시 Firebase Authentication 계정과 Firestore에 저장된 사용자 데이터가 함께 삭제됩니다.
11. 고지의 의무
회사는 본 개인정보 처리방침의 내용 추가, 삭제 및 수정이 있을 경우에는 개정 최소 7일 전부터 앱 내 공지사항 또는 팝업 등을 통해 이용자에게 알릴 것입니다. 다만, 수집 항목의 추가, 이용 목적의 변경 등과 같이 이용자의 권리에 중대한 변경이 발생할 경우에는 최소 30일 전에 고지합니다.

7. Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them
Users and their legal representatives may exercise their rights, such as requesting access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of personal data, at any time.
If users wish to request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal data, they may do so through the customer support center or the in-app settings menu.
The Company shall take necessary measures without delay upon receiving such requests.
In the case of children under the age of 14, their legal representatives may exercise these rights on their behalf.
Users may withdraw their consent to receive personalized advertisements and marketing communications at any time through the in-app settings menu or the customer support center.
8. Installation, Operation, and Refusal of Automatic Data Collection Devices
The Company may use "cookies" and similar technologies that store and retrieve user information from time to time. Cookies are small pieces of information sent by a website server to the user's browser and stored on the user's device. The Company uses cookies to analyze users' visit frequency, visit time, and service usage patterns in order to provide a better user experience.

10. Account Deletion
Users of the JNC app may delete their account and related data at any time via Menu > Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account.
Upon account deletion, the user's Firebase Authentication account and user data stored in Firestore will be deleted together.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
The Company shall notify users of any additions, deletions, or modifications to this Privacy Policy at least 7 days prior to the effective date through in-app notices or pop-ups. However, in the case of significant changes that affect users' rights, such as changes to collected data items or purposes of use, the Company shall provide notice at least 30 days in advance.
