Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between JUNNIE Apps (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and users in relation to the use of JNC (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Company, as well as other necessary matters.

1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the JNC application operated by the Company, as well as related websites, APIs, and other associated services.
• "User" refers to any individual who uses the Service provided by the Company in accordance with these Terms.
• "Member" refers to a user who has provided personal information, completed the registration process, and entered into a service agreement with the Company.

2. Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms

• These Terms shall become effective upon being posted within the Service or otherwise notified to users.
• The Company may amend these Terms within the scope that does not violate applicable laws and regulations, and will provide prior notice in the event of any changes.
• Users may terminate the service agreement if they do not agree to the amended Terms.
• The amended Terms will be announced through notices within the Service prior to their effective date.

3. Membership Registration and Account Management

• Registration is available after completing the sign-up procedures required by the Company.
• Each member may create only one account. The use of another person's information, submission of false information, or creation of multiple accounts to gain unfair benefits is strictly prohibited.
• Account information must be managed directly by the member and may not be transferred or shared with others.
• The Company may restrict registration of children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area (EEA)).

4. Use of Service

• The Company will make its best efforts to provide a stable and reliable Service.
• Users must comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and any guidelines or policies established by the Company.
• In principle, the Service is provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week; however, it may be changed due to system maintenance or other circumstances of the Company.
• The Company may, in accordance with its service policies, change the standards for reward-point accrual, use, and distribution, or reclaim or restrict rewards if fraudulent use is detected.
• When requesting reward redemption of JNC points, users must accurately enter the PayPal account email in their own name. The user shall be responsible for any issues arising from incorrect input or the use of another person’s PayPal account.

5. Nature of Points and Items

• JNC and TJN are reward points provided for activities within the Service and are not cryptocurrencies, virtual assets, or investment products.
• JNC itself is not legal tender, but users may request reward redemption when the requirements in the Point Policy are met. JNC and TJN cannot be traded, sold, or transferred outside the Service.
• In-service items, such as accelerators, are usage rights granted by the Company for use within the Service and cannot be transferred or sold outside the Service.
• Points and items purchased for a fee are provided on the premise of the Company’s service operation, and users may not use them for purposes other than those designated within the Service.
• The Company may, if deemed necessary for service operation, change the scope of use of points and items or remove them after prior notice.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Any act that causes damage to the Company, such as impersonating others, attempting hacking, or fraudulent advertisement interactions (e.g., abnormal ad clicks)
• Any act of manipulating point accumulation or advertisement viewing using automated programs, scripts, bots, or similar tools
• Any act that infringes the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the Company or third parties

7. Modification and Suspension of Service

• The Company may modify or suspend all or part of the Service after providing prior notice.
• The Service may be suspended without prior notice due to unavoidable circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, system failures, etc.).

8. Termination and Restriction of Use

• Users may terminate the service agreement at any time through the withdrawal procedure within the Service. Upon termination, all rewards held will be immediately forfeited and will not be restored even if rejoining.
• The Company may suspend or terminate accounts without prior warning depending on the severity of violations or fraudulent activities.
• The Company may use fraud detection systems for stable operation and may temporarily suspend or terminate accounts upon verification of suspicious activities.

9. Damages and Disclaimer

• The Company shall be liable for damages caused by its intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
• The Company shall not be liable for damages arising from causes attributable to the user.
• The Company shall not be liable for services provided free of charge to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

10. Measures Upon Service Termination

• If the Company terminates the Service due to business reasons or other circumstances, it will notify users at least 30 days prior through in-app notices.
• Upon termination of the Service, all usage rights to points and items held by users will immediately expire, and the Company shall not bear any obligation for compensation. However, separate refund procedures may be conducted in accordance with the Company’s policies.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• Any disputes arising between the Company and users shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Korea.
